On October 5th Wednesday evening 7.30pm in Skelmorlie Community Centre there is an open invitation to come along and be part of a conversation about faith. No Preaching and No pressure but an honest dialogue about faith in what seems to be a very confusing world. Who was this man Jesus of Nazerath that the world has talked about for 2000 years and what does he have to say about my life, our lives. We will be starting the sessions with a blockbuster movie release called ‘Risen’ which tells the story of the crucifixion and resurrection through the eyes of a Roman Tribune. It is a thought provoking movie and we hope it will kick off our conversation. There will be some tea, coffee and some home baking to aid our conversations.
I hope you can come along on that first evening for we are interested in hearing your thoughts.
